Boynton Beach Coffee Shops | The Trendiest Places To Get Coffee In Boynton

boynton beach coffee houses

Over the years, Boynton Beach has developed from a sleepy suburb to the north of Delray Beach into a legitimate cultural hub. Boynton Beach, perhaps moreso than any neighboring town, has married the interests of saltwater fisherman, bohemian artists, and 55+ retirees. Boynton Beach coffee shops have taken the mantle as the ultimate cultural centrifuge, where artists can sip their morning joe alongside fisherman ready to hit the waters at the crack of dawn. This town is far from "small" or "sleepy" anymore, but it's as welcoming and enjoyable as any in Palm Beach County. For your "cultural centrifuge," try a few of the best coffee shops in Boynton Beach! Here are our favorites.

Marina Cafe Boynton

The Marina Cafe is a full service breakfast eatery that brings much more to the table than frothed milk and iced coffees. Located in Marina Village, one of Boynton Beach's prime condo and shopping districts, the Marina Cafe is a favorite of fishermen rising at the crack of dawn, and people looking for a calm space by the water. Whether powering up or simmering down, starting your morning at the Marina Cafe is certain to be a pleasant experience.

Bond Street Ale and Coffee

Mirroring the longstanding and always popular Coffee District in Delray Beach to the south, Bond Street Ale and Coffee continues the day/night tradition of some of the more unique coffee shops in Boynton Beach. Located in the delightfully renovated Walgreens Plaza right off Federal Highway. Whereas the aforementioned Coffee District is more of a beverage focused spot with quick bites, Bond Street Ale & Coffee is keen on earning your favor through it's delectable dinner menu. They feature the expectated coffee house bites - baked goods, quiches, sandiwches and scones. However, the new dinner menu features burgers, street tacos, and a world's fair of flavor to try. Whether lining up your morning, or settling down after a long day, Bond Street Ale and Coffee has universal appeal!

Higher Ground Cafe

Higher Ground Cafe was launched by Ada and Ron Bosco after their own commercial tenants clamored for a cafe in their namesake - Bosco Corporate Center. We love the backstory of this delightful cafe, uplifting an area once regarded as "desolate," injecting culture and terrific flavor the the South Congress area. The name "Higher Ground" is befitting, with its eclectic decor matched by its highly experienced baristas, backed by a chef of over 15 years experience in the South Florida culinary scene. Higher Ground also offers special events one comes to expect from a coffee-shop turned cultural hub, such as open mic, poetry readings, and more. Be sure to drop by and thank the Bosco's for showing a little love to their tenants and our community!

Common Grounds Brew & Roastery

Another coffee shop using the classic play on words. Coffee shops with names like "Higher Ground" or "Common Ground" just rub us the right way. With a name such as this, you can expect as much of a cultural nook as a coffee house. Common Grounds is one of the only roasters in the area, with locations in Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, and Lake Worth. Much like microbrewery culture, coffee shops who roast in-house are far and few between, only recently encroaching upon South Florida's ripe and deserving business climate. We're happy to support anyone who truly takes part in the process, and puts as much care into their coffee as they do their service. Check them out!
